Streamlined payment in your patient profile
Your insurance and personal payment information is securely stored in your patient profile, so we can submit to your insurance company and process your co-payment once the claim is finalized. Any balance not covered by insurance (ex: in the event of a partial payment or denied claim, or late-cancelled appointment) will be charged to your personal payment card once your insurance claim is completed.
Direct billing is available on most services and plans.
We’re pleased to offer direct billing as a courtesy service. Our team will do our best to make your billing process seamless and reduce your out of pocket expenses, whenever possible. Most extended healthcare (benefits) plans offer coverage for:

While we do our best to offer this service to all that qualify, we are unable to guarantee that direct billing will be available, or that your claim will be successful.
Coverage and eligibility vary from plan to plan.
Please check your plan details prior to your appointment. Some benefit plans offer full coverage, but most plans allow a set amount or percentage of coverage per service, which may be less than the cost of your treatment. Many plans will pay your coverage amount to the clinic directly, however this may not be available on all plans. Coverage amounts and rules vary from plan to plan, and the full cost of your treatment may not be covered.
We are not responsible for denied or ineligible claims. Patients are each personally responsible for all treatment and cancellation fees they incur, which are due at the time of your appointment. In the event that direct billing is not available on your plan or service, a signed receipt will be provided for your reimbursement. Our published fee schedule applies in all cases.
We accept payment by all major credit cards, Interac debit, and cash. A signed receipt will be provided for all transactions where direct billing is not available. Payment is due in full at the time of treatment. Prices include HST where applicable.
Gratuities (tips) are not accepted -- our practitioners are Regulated Health Professionals, and our treatments are healthcare, for your muscles!
Bring your coverage card to your appointment and our reception team will help set up your direct billing account and submit your claim for eligible services.
