Cancellation & Late Arrival Policies

In order to ensure equal treatment of our clients and staff, our policies are always enforced  — without bias or exception.

Any appointment either cancelled or rescheduled with less than 12 hours’ notice will be billed at a rate of 50% of the fee for the scheduled service. Cancellation fees will be billed directly to the credit card on your account, and a receipt sent by email. Cancellation fees are not eligible for direct billing or covered by insurance.

Late arrivals are entitled to the remainder of their reserved time, and assume the full cost of their scheduled service. Missed appointments (no shows) are billed at 75%. Appointments will be marked as no-show/cancelled if more that half of the reserved time has elapsed and we have been unable to reach you by telephone, and the missed appointment fee will be automatically applied as above.

We understand that sometimes circumstances arise that are outside of one’s control, however in order to provide judgment-free service to all of our clients and a fair working environment for our therapists, our policy applies for all clients and cancellation reasons. 

You may cancel your appointment by phone during business hours or through your account on our online booking portal up until 12 hours before your appointment.
