Melanie Tiburzi
Senior RMT
Melanie has been a Registered Massage Therapist since graduating from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in Toronto in 2009. She developed an interest in alternative therapies years prior and is also recognized as a Natural Health Practitioner & certified Thai Yoga massage practitioner. She offers deep tissue, Swedish, and Cupping massage treatments.
Paul Dziegielewski
Senior RMT
Paul obtained his massage therapy diploma through the Canadian College of Massage in 2011 where he now teaches Clinical Assessment to future therapists. Paul works to identify clients’ postural and movement limitations in order to improve function – this allows him to tailor treatments from soothing Swedish techniques to more advanced techniques that target tight muscles and restricted joints and fascia.
Adam McLaughlin
RMT & Athletic Therapist
Adam is a registered massage therapist and a certified athletic therapist. He believes that communication and patient education are the foundations for an effective rehabilitation program and has found a way to apply his expertise to clientele ranging from the general population to elite athletes. Adam believes in a multidisciplinary approach to recovery, drawing inspiration and knowledge from fellow health practitioners, and always strives to grow by learning new and effective means to better treat his patients.
Sarah Ribeiro
RMT
Sarah Ribeiro graduated from the massage therapy program at Humber College. Sarah provides various treatments such as deep tissue massage, Swedish massage, myofascial techniques, cupping and Gua Sha, trigger point therapy, and Pre-natal Massage. She has diverse training and experience working with different populations, including during pregnancy and infancy, with athletes, and those with neurological conditions, and mental health concerns.
Audra Perras
RMT
Audra Perras is a Registered Massage Therapist who is driven by a genuine passion for helping others achieve their healthcare goals. She has a special interest in injury prevention and the treatment of musculoskeletal conditions and brings an active, patient-centered approach to her practice. She has additional training in Sports Massage, TMJ therapy, Cupping, and Myofascial Release.
Thomas Le
RMT
Thomas specializes in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy and myofascial release. These techniques help reduce high resting muscle tension while increasing soft tissue extensibility. Thomas received his education from Humber College. His academic career has provided him the knowledge and experience of providing safe and effective massage therapy treatments to a variety of populations from mental health, pregnancy and athletes.
Lorenzo Pagnotta
RMT, Fascial Stretch Therapist
Lorenzo received his Diploma of Massage Therapy with Distinction from triOS College in 2022. They also provide various Swedish massage, deep tissue, trigger point, and PNF stretching techniques as needed to improve mobility and decrease pain symptoms as quickly as possible. Lorenzo is passionate about treating fascia and scars to help heal invisible and visible wounds. They are also a Personal Trainer Specialist, Older Adult Specialist and Fascia Stretch Therapist who works extensively with older adults and the 2SLGBTQ+ community throughout the GTA.
Herve Mezence
RMT
Herve is a graduate of Kikkawa College, and welcomes clients from all backgrounds and activity levels. His goal is to help every person he treats move and feel better. A lifelong learner, he regularly pursues continuing education to deepen his clinical knowledge and better serve his clients. His style is rooted in movement and moderate to deep pressure techniques, guided by a thorough assessment to tailor each treatment to the client’s specific needs. He focuses on supporting functional recovery, enhancing mobility, and optimizing physical performance. Herve is fluent in English and French.
Priska Natterer
RMT
Priska Natterer is a graduate of both Kikkawa College and the Shiatsu school of Canada, and has additional training in Osteopathic manual therapy. She is an avid learner and has undertaken continuing education in pain science, post-concussion therapy, and manual lymphatic drainage.
She enjoys working with pregnant patients, and offering gentle therapeutic relief of chronic and post-surgical pain.
Laura Campbell
RMT
Drawing on her experience in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and distance running, Laura understands the physical demands placed on the body and the importance of proper mechanics. Her treatments combine myofascial therapy with Swedish and deep tissue techniques to release restrictions, reduce stiffness, and restore balance, helping patients move better and enjoy their body’s capabilities. Laura is committed to ongoing professional development, with a focus on the myofascial system and its role in musculoskeletal health. She values communication and collaboration with her patients and their care team, ensuring every treatment is tailored to individual needs
